How to reboot the controller

If the controller returns an error and restarting the software doesn’t help, you might need to reboot the controller. Execute the following steps to do this:

1. Turn the controller off
2. Unplug the mini-USB cable otherwise the controller can still draw power via USB
3. Wait 1 min
4. Plug USB back in
5. Turn the controller on
6. Wait 1 minute
7. Start the printing software
