Maintenance Schedule

The following maintenance schedule must be followed to assure optimal working conditions of the system.

Printing Head Maintenance

Action	Frequency
Standard head nose cleaning	Continuous operation: once per month or when sealing issues occur Intermittent operation: before a shutdown of more than 3 days
Deep head nose cleaning	Once every 3 months
Prism cleaning	When required

Stage Maintenance

Action	Frequency
Rail lubrication workflow	Once per month
Stage maintenance	Once every 6 months
